These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, product information, quotation services and related services. By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the website on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity.
You must not:
- Use the website or products for unlawful purposes;
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology;
- Copy or exploit website content without authorization;
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or customer information.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs and videos. However:
- Product colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings.
- Specifications may be updated because of technical improvements or production changes.
- Images may show optional attachments or configurations that are not included in the standard price.
- Dimensions, weight and capacity may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
- Product availability and configurations may vary by market.
- Translated content is provided for convenience. If translations conflict, the version identified in the signed sales contract or order confirmation will prevail.
Customers must review the final quotation, pro forma invoice, specification sheet or sales contract before payment.
4. Product Suitability and Compliance
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use, terrain, climate, vegetation, workload and operating environment.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that a product complies with every local registration, road-use, emission, electrical, radio-frequency, workplace safety or import requirement in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Before ordering, the customer must verify applicable:
- Import rules
- Emission standards
- Certification requirements
- Radio-control regulations
- Electrical and charging standards
- Registration or licensing requirements
- Workplace and equipment safety regulations
Any statement regarding CE, EPA, engine standards or other certification applies only when confirmed in writing for the specific model and configuration.
5. Quotations, Prices and Orders
Prices displayed on the website may be indicative and may not include shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, customs clearance, destination charges or optional configurations.
A submitted order or quotation request is an offer to purchase and is subject to our acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected fraud
- Export or import restrictions
- Payment failure
- Inability to deliver to the destination
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
An order becomes binding when we issue written confirmation, a pro forma invoice or a sales contract and receive the required payment or deposit.
6. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or stated in the quotation or invoice.
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate billing information
- Paying all agreed amounts on time
- Paying bank and transfer charges unless otherwise agreed
- Complying with payment-provider verification requirements
We will not request that you send payment to an account different from the account shown on our verified invoice without formal written confirmation. Customers should independently verify any unexpected change of payment details.
Ownership of products may remain with us until full payment has been received, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Taxes, Duties and Import Charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices exclude:
- Value-added tax or sales tax
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Brokerage charges
- Port and terminal charges
- Inspection fees
- Registration fees
- Destination storage or handling charges
The customer is responsible for these amounts when applicable. Refusal to pay import charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed agreement.
Delivery may be affected by production schedules, customs inspections, port congestion, weather, carrier delays, strikes, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping responsibilities, transfer of risk and delivery obligations may also be specified by the agreed Incoterm, quotation, invoice or sales contract.
Please review our Shipping Policy for further information.
9. Inspection and Acceptance
The customer must inspect the packaging and product promptly after delivery.
Visible shipping damage should be recorded on the carrier’s delivery document. Product shortages, damage, incorrect items or apparent defects must be reported within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy or sales contract.
Failure to report an issue within the applicable period may affect our ability to submit a claim to the carrier, but does not limit any mandatory legal rights.
10. Safe Operation
Mini excavators and remote-controlled mowers can cause serious injury or property damage if used improperly.
The customer and operator are responsible for:
- Reading the operating and safety manuals
- Receiving appropriate training
- Wearing suitable personal protective equipment
- Inspecting the machine before operation
- Keeping people, animals and obstacles away from the work area
- Avoiding use on terrain or slopes beyond the machine’s stated limits
- Following maintenance and service requirements
- Complying with local safety laws
- Using compatible parts and attachments
- Stopping operation if a fault or unsafe condition is detected
Remote control does not eliminate operating risks. The operator must maintain visibility, control and a safe working distance.
Children and untrained persons must not operate the equipment.
11. Warranty
Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions may differ by product and configuration. The applicable warranty will be stated in the product documentation, quotation, invoice or separate warranty policy.
Unless required by law, warranty coverage does not include normal wear, consumables, improper operation, accidents, unauthorized modification, insufficient maintenance or use outside the product’s rated conditions.
We may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair instructions, local repair reimbursement or another reasonable remedy depending on the nature and location of the issue.
12. Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any product-specific sales agreement.
Customized, made-to-order, used or operated machinery may not be returnable except where required by law or where a verified defect justifies a return.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may include links to carriers, payment providers, social media platforms or other third-party services.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content or policies. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
